Get Ready to Shake Out!
Great ShakeOut earthquake drills are an opportunity to practice how to be safer during earthquakes: "Drop, Cover and Hold On." ShakeOut also has been organized to encourage you, your community, your school, or your organization to update emergency plans and supplies, and to secure your space in order to prevent damage and injuries.

CHIPS Students,
Supported by the 12 professional sports teams of Los Angeles and Orange County and the Play Equity Fund, the Alliance Leadership Initiative will give you an
inside look at professional sports and provide you with critical leadership skills to ensure your voice is heard.

The program will run for 12 weeks after school and meet every Wednesday plus additional field trips to various events, activities, and sports stadiums to learn about various sports career.

9th-12th grade student athletes or any student interested in a career in sports are eligible to apply.

Deadline to apply is September 15, 2023; program starts on Wednesday, September 20, 2023.
